Strength & Balance is operating out of Rise Physiotherapy & Performance located at 101, 11515B - 105 Avenue. The building is an all black exterior- directly to the right of Wigger Draperies. We have free parking with designated stalls labeled RISE PHYSIO/STRENGTH AND BALANCE. If the parking lot is full, or if you drive a larger vehicle, paid parking along is available on 115 Street. (Paid parking along 115 Street is $1/hour- 2 HOUR MAX.)

Natasha, a graduate from Lakeland College, has been a practicing massage therapist since 2007, and is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She was introduced to massage therapy during her very competitive basketball and volleyball career. During her 10 years of high level sport, being an intensely goal-oriented individual, Natasha received massage therapy resulting in very effective relief from pain and injuries.

Specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Natasha understands that every client is different, and provides a massage treatment tailored to that individuals specific needs. She is also certified in, TMJD, myofascial cupping, pre and post-natal massage, and Level 1 kinesio sports tapping.

Natasha’s experience has led her to work with many local triathletes and marathon runners, professional hockey players, and players from the Edmonton Eskimos.

Natasha strongly believes that massage therapy is an important part of an individual’s continued wellness. Paired with her deeply caring nature, it makes Natasha an excellent massage therapist.
